You top up your LeanOn wallet with ₹200, ₹500, ₹1,000, or ₹2,000. The session amount is held from your wallet when you start a session and released to the listener when it ends. Unused balance is fully refundable at any time.

You set your own text rate — typically ₹8 to ₹25 per minute — and voice calls are automatically priced ₹5/min higher, so every voice minute earns you more. You keep 60% of your rate on every paid session; LeanOn's 40% service fee supports everything around the conversation (see below). The flat ₹10 seekers pay is separate and never comes out of your earnings.

It's 40% of session earnings, deducted automatically when a session settles — nothing for you to calculate or pay. It supports the work that happens around your conversations so you can focus on listening: bringing seekers to LeanOn, secure payments, refunds and payouts, listener verification and safety tools, and support when something goes wrong. What seekers pay is unaffected, and your dashboard shows exactly what you take home, in rupees, before you set your price.

No professional qualifications are required. What matters is lived experience — you've personally been through the challenge you want to support others with, and you've found your way through it.

Session volume depends entirely on how many seekers are actively using LeanOn when you're online. LeanOn is a growing platform — early listeners typically start with a handful of sessions as the user base builds. There is no guaranteed session frequency. The best way to maximise your bookings is to keep your availability on consistently, maintain a complete profile, and build up your first few ratings.

No. Earnings are variable and depend on session volume, which is tied to seeker traffic on LeanOn. We don't promise a specific income. What we do promise: your price is entirely yours to set, and you keep 60% of your rate on every paid session — that percentage doesn't change with volume.
